SmartWorker offers you two contracting options for engagement: 

1. PAYG model is simple, SmartWorker provides you with a range of compliance, insurance, and payroll services that relieves your administration burden. 

2. Company model is a more complex arrangement, where you must sholder the burden of compliance, insurance and payroll services.
 

It is up to you which option you choose but you must satisify all SmartWorkers pre-conditions before commencing a contract if you choose the Company option.
